Romantic breaks/Special occasions:
To make your stay extra special we can arrange a bottle of champagne, fresh fruit, flowers and chocolates in your room on arrival at a costs of £35

Children: No children under 14.

Dogs: No dogs or pets. All rooms are fully equipped with showroom ensuite, colour television, radio and tea making facilitates and hair dryer.No smoking. Bed and Breakfast rates, (B&B) are per person per night. All rates are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is received by us with less than seven days notice of arrival date, the full cost of the booking will be due. However, if we should manage to relet the rooms reserved, for all or any part of the booking, the charge will be adjusted. We therefore advise suitable holiday insurance should be taken to cover any loss.

Check Out Times: Guests must check out on departure day by 11a.m. Our preferred times of check in are between 12 to 1 p.m. or 5 to 6 p.m. (outwith these times by arrangement).
